About us

We offer an apartment located in a well-connected area. Perfectly suited for short-term rental. It is a great starting point for many popular trails in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains. Close proximity to the very centre of Kielce allows you to walk, take advantage of the attractions that our city offers to its guests. It is an adapted and functional facility to prepare and relax for example during events organized by Targi Kielce when our guests travel for work.

We are not an agency and our apartment is managed by the host, the owner of the apartment who can listen, communicate in two languages and is flexible about the expectations of our always friendly guests.

The kitchenette has a fridge, dishwasher, kitchen with induction hob and oven, one-compartment sink. Coffee maker with capsules, electric kettle. Necessary kitchen accessories for 5 people.
The living room part consists of a comfortable sofa, a table with height and width adjustment. Three folding chairs. Sofa bed for up to 2 people.
We are equipped with a 32′ TV, with Polish terrestrial TV, smart decoder, and Netflix.
Balcony, can act as a smoking area "with a head".

The room has a double bed 210 cm x 200 cm.

Parking is possible at the building on the inner square with a separate place.

In Kielce and the surrounding area, there are 195 apartments for rent. From the feedback of our guests, but also from reviews that appear on the Internet, we know that often their standard from the adds deviates from the actual state. That is why we did not retouch the photos, showing what you will actually find when you arrive. The only discrepancy is tulips, in the season they will probably appear again. The apartment to let at daily basis that we offer you, underwent a general renovation 3 years ago. We take care of its best condition and, as far as possible, we efficiently eliminate the resulting defects. For interested guests, we can of course send more photos, with the interesting part of the object.

REGULATIONS OF STAY

Check-in – Check-in in to our apartment takes place from hours. 16:00. Please ask for early check-in. The minimum age for a person booking and checking in at our property is 18 years.
Check-out – Guests leave the apartment max. at 11:00. Please ask if you can check out later.
Reservation — Is made by phone or e-mail after paying an advance payment of half the price of the stay. The deposit in case of cancellation is refundable up to 10 days before arrival. Reservations can also be made through the partners of our facility, e.g. Booking.com
Handing over the keys – We make the apartment available in person. When leaving the apartment, guests leave the keys in the place indicated by us.
Children — From 8 years of age, we consider them adults. Younger children are not included in the rental price and do not receive “guest kits” as standard. When booking, please indicate the exact number of people arriving. We are flexible in our approach to payment in such cases.
Pets — In our apartment stay with a pet is allowed. Only after our acceptance. The minimum fee for the stay is min. 30 zł. Please always report your willingness to come with a pet.
Payments — Fees for booking and stay, can be made by bank transfer, payment card, credit card (only physical payment terminal or via a link generated by us). Our apartment does not pre-authorize credit cards. We do not temporarily block funds on payment cards. For each of the stays it is possible to issue an invoice.
Smoking – Smoking is forbidden to smoke tobacco products and other substances in mixing. There is currently no such ban on the balcony (09.2021). However, please remember about the tenant aspect of such activities.
Events — Our modest Kielce apartment was not prepared for them. Neighbors, whom we know well, also did not agree to them. That is why we have a quiet night from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
Damages – Caused by intentional or unintentional actions of guests. They must be repaired until they leave the facility. Or within a time limit agreed jointly with the owners. “In unregulated matters, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply, and any disputes shall be settled by the Court competent for the registered office of the company.”
Stay — He will quote one of our guests: “We are normal…”, we too and believe that good communication is the basis of any contract. It is worth calling us, writing, asking, asking for an explanation.
